The HTD-330DV's centerpiece is a 5-disc multi-format changer/amplifier unit that plays DVDs, DVD-R's, CDs, CD-R's, CD-RW's, MP-3's, JPEG photo's, and WMA (Windows Media Audio) discs.
As the amp/receiver, the HTD330DV dishes out a total 450 watts of super clean Pioneer power to the system's critically tuned 6 speakers (two large fronts, a center channel, two surround speakers, and powered subwoofer), and it offers Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 surround sound decoding, 10 DSP modes, and numerous "real world" listening enhancements.
