Introducing the iScan Ultra^TM, the latest addition to the acclaimed iScan family of video processing systems. The iScan Ultra builds on the performance of the highly rated iScan Pro^TM, extending functionality to provide the complete video solution for today's home theater.

The iScan Ultra's award-winning PureProgressive^TM video processing capabilities include:

State-of-the-art deinterlacing and line doubling for dramatically improved rendering of standard-definition video on digital televisions (DTVs) and projectors. Motion-adaptive deinterlacing and source adaptive processing of NTSC, PAL or SECAM video provides near high-definition (HD) video performance from standard-definition sources such as DVD players, VCRs and set-top boxes.

Video Switching between seven inputs, including dual composite, S-Video and component inputs, plus a pass-thru input for high-definition video, progressive video or computer video formats.

Precise Picture Control, with separate settings stored for each input, including brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, Y/C delay, sharpness (edge enhance, fine detail) and a chroma filter for removing MPEG-decoder chroma artifacts.

High Quality Scaling for full aspect ratio control, enabling a 4:3 letterbox format to fill the screen of a 16:9 widescreen display.

Digital Visual Interface (DVI) output, offering the highest digital video quality for the growing number of DTVs and projectors supporting DVI inputs, without suffering the losses associated with an analog interface.
